Workshop A/V Needs
Please be reminded that we will provide each workshop presenter with a complimentary BOOST Audio/Visual Support Package if needed. Below is a reminder of what is included in each package:

  • BOOST A/V Support Package (includes a tripod screen with a skirt; cart with a skirt; and all cables including a power strip, and extension cord).
  • Flip Chart and Markers (all rooms will be equipped with these).

NOTE FOR WORKSHOPS: As stated in the RFP Guidelines, we do not provide LCD projectors, laptops, DVD players, CD players, speakers, TVs, projectors, or the Internet.  If you would like additional A/V equipment you will be able to order it using the AV POP-UP ORDER FORM below and pay for it on your own. You can place your order directly with the A/V company prior to the conference. You may also order A/V at the conference, however, there is no guarantee that any last-minute A/V requests will be fulfilled.
